The Global Strategic Regulatory Sourcing (SRS) Leader and SRS team must work across all PDR sub-functions to ensure continuity of business while delivering appropriate levels of standardization, cost savings, and increases in vendor performance. The team must understand and consider their strategic position as enablers to a future-state PDR organization and must partner with PDR senior leaders.
You are a dynamic, proactive, and engaged individual who will be responsible for leading and overseeing PD Regulatory (PDR) Sourcing Strategies and acts as liaison between PDR Internal Business Partners, Procurement, Finance, IT and Legal, in order to support the implementation of the PDR Strategy. Your main objective is to optimally deliver our True North, resulting in Complexity Reduction, Performance Improvement, and Differentiation of PDR to emerge as a clear industry leader in Regulatory.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Provides direction to PDR functions/capability leaders that creates sourcing strategies supporting the PDR Strategy to increase productivity, to reduce costs and complexities across the organization
  • Oversees and ensure adherence to the Strategic Sourcing Business Process Model, including but not limited to Outsourcing Request, Vendor Selection, Contract Management and Oversight, Risk Management and supplier relationship management.
  • Leads development and implementation of strategic supplier performance program in PDR and establish overall governance model, including strategic outsourcing council with PDR leadership.
  • Leads functional/cross-functional implementation of best practices and process improvement with internal and external business partners based on agreed quantitative measures (Metrics) and qualitative assessments (Surveys)
  • Develops, monitors, and amends Regulatory Sourcing processes and business guidance to ensure effective administration of agreements and centralization of procurement activities within PDR
