Responsible for the strategic direction and management of PDQ systems, you’ll ensure that processes, tools and methodologies are established and developed throughout the software development lifecycle, providing oversight and well-maintained IT solutions for the organisation. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders identifying their needs, helping translate these into concrete requirement s and work towards delivering solutions that address business needs. You’ll also partner closely with the IT organisation in delivering systems/tools. Employing current risk assessment methods, computerised systems validation and industry trends and regulations, you’ll be identifying and making recommendations for the introduction of improved methods and resources to deliver new tools/solution possibilities to PDQ and its partners.
Designing and delivering training materials to stakeholders across the organisation you’ll establish support systems and resources for teams to ensure widespread adoption and effective implementation of change in relation to PDQ systems. You’ll work with business partners to produce accurate documentation and identify functional training needs throughout the software development lifecycle, providing on-going support and tracking of issues for a continuous cycle of improvement.
