Due to internal moves and promotions we have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Brand Manager. The Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategic planning, development and implementation of the marketing effort for a key launch brand that is a future growth driver for Roche.
Reporting to the Head of Franchise Marketing, you will play a key role in championing the brand internally and will have individual accountability for developing a strong strategy for the brand indications. You will work collaboratively with Global colleagues to plan, deliver and monitor marketing activities within the agreed marketing budget and aligned to brand strategy.
You will collaborate with colleagues from the Integrated Franchise Team to develop and deliver robust strategic and tactical plans, working cross-functionally to ensure the generation of comprehensive insights and recommendations in order to develop a robust forecast model for the brand indications.
You will continually evaluate the effectiveness of our strategic and tactical approach to maximise the brands success and investment return. Maintaining high ethical standards is key and so you will ensure that all activities are in-line with Roche’s guidelines and ABPI/MHRA requirements.
With a Science, Business or Marketing degree, you will also have demonstrable project management skills. A good working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, associated laws/regulations is key. A good knowledge of the NHS environment and business planning processes is also highly desirable.
