Order Process Team Lead (1 year fixed term)

As an Order Process Team Lead your main responsibility is executing the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level in the order management field and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. You will contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Shared Service Centre. Reporting to Procurement Manager you will be also responsible for:
  • Setting up goals for the team members, frequently evaluating individual performances
  • Approving and tracking holidays
  • Coordinating the daily work of the team members and country key contacts
  • Performance monitoring and reporting to the line manager
  • Coaching the team members (SMEs, Key Contacts, Team Members)
