You will be responsible for achieving sales target, marketing and product management for dedicated high clinical value product
- Achieving sales target of specific product line in respective region, so as to help achieving target for China; Regularly monitoring sales performance and ensure sales are on track;
- Managing distributors in respective region and working with them on achieving sales target;
- Developing and implementing marketing plan for the dedicated product group, Organizing seminars/workshop to promote clinical utilities for dedicated product group;
- Building up key reference sites for responsible product groups, Developing key opinion leaders to support clinical utilities promotion for responsible product groups;
- Collecting and analyzing competitors information;
- Conducting product training;
- Building up and coaching CPT team in overall competitiveness & development on daily work & plan.
