Human Resources Director

Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, Ho Chi Minh City

In your role as Human Resources Director, You are accountable for the output of the entire HR Team, building and sustaining an effective and competent team of direct reports. You will report to Country Manager and your main responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate and act as key HR point of contact, sparring partner and sounding board for the General Manager and site Leadership Teams
  • Contribute to the business strategy
  • Pro-actively identify, define, implement and pro-actively align solutions that address the needs of the business whilst taking into account the broader implications
  • Drive the people agenda by applying broad HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation and communication
  • Plan and implement people/ organization solutions aligned to the business & Group HR strategy and goals (i.e., actively sponsoring and leading goals at Leadership Team level)
  • Partner with Global/Regional HRBPs to align and execute on initiatives and Group processes
  • Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines
  • Determine most efficient and effective way to deliver services at site level based on costs, ratios and appropriate key performance indicators
