Reporting into the Head of Business Excellence, the Commercial Process Manager ensures consistency and effectiveness across all marketing activity at Roche. Working cross-functionally, your creativity and passion for marketing will help our brand teams streamline their processes and utilize all available resources to deliver industry leading campaigns.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Ensure that methodologies, processes, repositories and tools are consistently used to effectively manage and maintain marketing business practices
  • Pro-actively identify areas of commercial quality issues / risks, training or process improvement and determine ways to improve quality
  • Support and monitor process compliance of the commercial teams
  • Own and maintain the marketing training grid
  • Deliver peer-to-peer training on processes and techniques with the goal of streamlining marketing activity at Roche
  • Manage the Patient Access Programs across marketing
