  • Collaborates with related parties in the company  in order to gather the relevant information for “Tender Cost Analysis”
  • Submits the gathered data into the Roche system for preliminary cost preparation
  • Transfers all data to SAP after the tender is won
  • Makes the changes in SAP in terms of product, device, price, etc. for each tender when needed
  • Creates purchase orders / forms for all matters required for tenders and informs related parties
  • Generates various reports based on the business requirements such as; Sales Report, Stock Report, Visit Frequency Report, Market Data Report
  • Responsible for the meeting and organization arrangements in the department
