Business Process Manager I

As a Business Process Manager I you will be responsible for harmonization, standardization and implementation of global Best Practice solutions for Diagnostics Finance and tending to the following tasks:

  • Running and  supporting  global projects/initiatives as required
  • Maintaining responsibility and accountability for a successful project implementation by the team
  • Identifying and recommending Organizational Changes’ results  and ensuring  that they are effectively planned, documented, tested, communicated and sustainably implemented
  • Supporting projects: bringing in his expertise of global Best Practice solutions in regional or global initiatives, advices and supports
  • Supporting development of training content of global Best Practice solutions
  • Training selected key users or organizes necessary trainings for global rollouts
