Develop long-term forecast for in-market and pipeline products

  • Buildup patient flow based forecast model
  • Align key assumptions with different stakeholders
  • Figure out rationale and benchmark for key forecast filters, like patient share, DoT...etc
  • Prepare China Forecast Review presentation with good storyline and solid rationales to APAC head and GM

Lead critical analysis to support BUs strategic imperatives

 

  • Support BU to define product positioning, customer segmentation and messaging
  • Support product penetration strategy
  • Support BU to develop new product pricing strategy and potential PAP program (if applicable)
  • Conduct quarterly brand analytics for existing products - Critical analyses to identify issue and generate insights for brand performance by leveraging internal and external database (IMS, CPA...etc.)
  • Present the analysis result with insightful story to sales manager, marketing manager and BU head
  • Present the report result in a clear and concise manner
  • Engage the brand team and BU head to discuss the implication based on the report
  • Drive strategic actions and push for implementation

Support BU to conduct primary/secondary market research, including CI

 

  • Lead BU to discuss current knowledge gap and identify research needs
  • Coordinate with BU and market research agencies to ensure solid methodology and questionnaire design
  • Work with research agency to ensure quality outcome with insightful reports
  • Generate synthesized version presentation to sales manager, Marketing manager and BU head
  • Present the report result in a clear and concise manner
  • Engage the brand team and BU head to discuss the implication based on the report
  • Drive strategic actions and push for implementation

Conduct ad-hoc companywide project

 

  • Assist various global, APAC and China company level project. For example, portfolio review, goal setting, annual business plan, city walk...etc.

Collaborate with  global LCT and APAC PDY to develop China pipeline positioning and business case

 

  • Represent China commercial team to generate pipeline product business case by coordinating internal stakeholders, global LCT and APAC PDY
  • Influence global/local senior managers to approve/endorse investment of China/APAC phase III clinical trials
