As a site leadership team member drives collaboration within the site and across the network to allow for cross-functional planning and decision making
Ensures the site is aligned with PT and MU goals and business processes
Be accountable for overall budget and financial performance of the Business Support organization
Proactively promote positive Safety Culture and cGMP operating principles.
Embody PT lean leadership principles and methods
Be an active and visible change agent, fostering a flexible and open mindset to new opportunities and continuous improvement
Ensure timely and effective communication
Supports the Site Head with the development of the Site Business Plan as part of the site strategy
Leads and maintains site strategy realization
Supports development, implementation and monitoring of Site Goals and KPI’s
Drive the development and execution of the site’s annual management business processes (rhythm wheel etc.)
Responsible for training administration / logistics, new hire and contractor onboarding and overall training at the site ensuring a compliant training environment and documentation system
Leads the development of training programs at the site e.g. leadership development, training program management and capability building
Provides oversight and ownership of the Project Portfolio Process at the site and ensures alignment of the site and network project portfolios
Oversees the Project Portfolio which includes product technical transfers, CAPEX and business projects
Provides oversight and ownership for the Risk Management Process at the site
Provides oversight and ownership for the Business Continuity Management at the site
