Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organization responsible for technical services in Roche Diagnostics Division. Approximately 500 GCS co-workers are building a worldwide network of support and training centers, which provide assistance to local and regional service staff in the Roche Diagnostics affiliates and its external distributors.
For our Global Customer Support department, we are looking for a 2nd level product specialist for our Roche Molecular Diagnostics cobas Synergy and IT team. In this very versatile position you act as the supporter, coordinator and trainer at the pivotal point between our global affiliates and our internal departments.

Your key responsibilities are:
- Provide technical product support and expertise
- Organize and perform technical product trainings for different Roche staff and less frequently end customers
- Update Service Manuals (iSDOC) and service relevant information.
- Offers 2nd level support hotlines for affiliates and regions in order to minimize system down times, allowing for a fast workaround or solution.
