Technical Support Specialist, Point of Care-Roche Support Network

As a Technical Support Specialist-Point of Care, Technical Support working in the Roche Support Network, you serve as the primary support liaison between Roche and the customer. You will provide technical support to customers, answering basic questions on function and usage of the Coaguchek family of products via the Technical Support Center. You are also providing technical assistance to sales, marketing and other Roche departments.

You will answer complex customer inquiries and analyze/troubleshoot problems with advanced Coaguchek products. You will also identify more difficult problem areas and recommend advanced solutions as well as maintain documentation, according to established guidelines.

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The successful Technical Support Specialist:

Will consult and educate customers on services and the use of Coaguchek products.
Is responsible for adhering to documentation guidelines including determination of potential medical device reports and multiple systems applications in a regulated environment.
Provides technical assistance to internal customers on complex services or medical devices including but not limited to sales, marketing and distribution.

Hours: This group offers Performance-based scheduling. Hours will vary from 11am-7pm Monday-Friday (on a rotating fixed schedule). Candidates must be flexible to work within those hours.

This position is based in Indianapolis, IN. Qualified candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
