  • Design and develop training solution, tools programs and activities to enhance field force’s expertise
  • Collect learning needs and integrate China and US training system to design and develop a new effective training solution
  • Leverage appropriate resources  to design and create effective training materials like learning modules, poster books, objection handling and other job aids
  • Work collaboratively with other brand/sales training manager and marketing/medical team on the development of clinical foundation and advanced materials and training activities
  • Conduct regular field visits and provides field consultation
  • Deliver training course according to sales learning system
  • Deliver product knowledge training in NEO/cycle/annual meeting/workshops
  • Deliver over 40 hours of training per year
  • Attend TTT, get certified internally
  • Get feedback over 4.5
  • Arrange training activities, communicate and coordinate regional sales learning issues
  • Work with team member to accomplish team projects and training coordination among regions, with high quality
  • Understand business and find learning needs
  • Communicate with Mkt/Med/sales actively, understand current situation and expectation of sales, provide constructive suggestions
  • Attend Mkt/sales meetings regularly
  • Daily work management
  • Finish training budgeting and reimbursement with high qualify on time
  • Control training expense
  • Finish training report and work report with high quality on time
