Brand Manager (Breast cancer)

  • Act as the brand champion, being the SPOC/HUB for all brand insights, overlooking short and long term evolution in its full environment.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the national annual marketing plan by cross functional collaboration with all relevant Roche CZ departments.
  • Establish a comprehensive and robust vision paired with long term strategy for the brand(s) taking into account all relevant internal/external factors.
  • Is a permanent and key member of the cross functional team (DAT) and assure smooth collaboration with all relevant Roche CZ departments.
  • Responsible for solid business planning including detailed market knowledge, competition, patient flow, forecasting and marketing P&L
  • Together with DAT responsible for the development and execution of business plans.
  • Accountable to set up commercial Advisory boards and commercial symposia/events.
  • Develop, execute and monitor in cooperation with medical and sales departments promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, sales aid…), including multichannel marketing campaigns respecting highest compliance, local policies, laws and regulations
  • Develop robust and comprehensive launch plans for pipeline products together with medical, market access and sales – especially giving guidance on market insights, environments, patient flow and forecasting.
  • Understand the impact of critical issues and act in timely escalation process to line manager and if appropriate to OPF or leadership team.
  • Able to manage additional projects assigned to him/her on a specified time basis that are of importance to the organization
  • Support the planning, execution and attendance of local, national or international seminars and congresses.
  • Assure uninterrupted and pro-active flow of key information that is of high relevance to the brand.
