  • To build up and maintain good relationship with government authorities, and to develop creative strategy to gain early and maximum reimbursement for Roche key products in north region. To help local sales solve reimbursement issues.
  • According to strategic products life cycle management, to access regional pricing strategy within government control price list and maintain Roche product’s price on the acceptable level in north region. Apply and file the price of new products or new specification timely.
  • To provide healthcare policies analysis to support business decisions. Be responsible for coaching local sales, marketing to understand and master polices and regulation.
  • Be familiar with national and regional reimbursement/pricing issues and environment, to strive for most beneficial policy for Roche product’s promotion.
  • To develop a professional team to carry out reimbursement/pricing defending activities in north region.
  • In coordination with internal and external department, to integrate with each department’s resources. Be cooperative team member among cross function project.
