EpiCX aims to deliver a harmonized, centralized and scalable enterprise-wide technology ecosystem that integrates orchestrated customer engagement for commercial and medical interfaces, content management, data management, and advanced analytics products. This common platform will enable insights, data, digital assets and materials to be generated, shared and leveraged across all Roche Pharma affiliates, Genentech, GPS and PDMA group functions.The EpiCX vision is to drive the organization to create experiences that exceed customer expectations now and in the future.


Roche is looking for a Business Integration Catalyst to drive operational excellence of analytics programs, co-shape processes that ensure seamless collaboration and maximize outputs for the customers. In this role, the Business Integration Catalyst will drive alignment and visibility both within EpiCX as well as between EpiCX and analytics streams within other connected strategic programs (like DCEN, ASPIRE and ONE Roche) and co-design integrated value propositions, bringing clarity to the affiliates and further driving adoption of the program. He/she will be responsible to infuse the integration effort with the necessary momentum to bridge gaps and close unknowns to effectively identify process improvement opportunities, synergies across programs and break deadlocks. 

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build transparency and create a collective understanding within EpiCX on the roadmap, strategic vision, processes & accountability, effectively driving collaboration for the interconnected programs

  • Align EpiCX with analytics streams of other strategic programs such as ASPIRE, DCEN and STEP and identify competencies and synergies between programs, effectively alleviating roadblocks and creating visibility on areas of collaboration for operational excellence

  • Infuse a key connectivity layer as a “glue” between EpiCX development, deployment, operations, and communications teams 

  • Effectively harmonize communication around EpiCX Analytics product offering, aligning all stakeholders around a common strategy

  • Oversee the product readiness, coordinating the implications of the Analytics development changes on product roadmaps - ensuring the fit with overall EpiCX vision and strategy

  • Identify implications of other analytics initiatives on EpiCX and proactively brainstorm & propose solutions for unmet needs, accelerating the transformation of a customer-centric, post-STEP Roche

  • Lead cross product initiatives to build ecosystem capabilities including integration and/or build of Analytics products in CRM system (OCE) 

  • Standardize the demand management for Analytics products in EpiCX ecosystem and beyond and define governance processes and best practices

  • Co-create the operating model for Analytics post go-live services with R&D and iOPS teams and support with the operationalization of the model

  • Promote overall value of the analytics products and drive further adoption    

Who You Are

A successful Business Integration Catalyst is an influential connector and orchestrator, a proactive inaugurator, a team player and a skilled partner, to stakeholders all rolled into one. The Catalyst is comfortable to work in a dynamic environment, achieves outcomes through strong collaboration and challenges the team to think beyond the expected. 

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in driving critical value streams of transformation programs with effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insights and analytics 

  • Excellence in building holistic understanding of processes and responsibilities, identifying gaps, unmet needs and opportunities to proactively suggest cutting-edge solutions

  • Solid understanding of the development life-cycle of analytics solutions and the key success factors to accelerate the journey from development, to deployment, and adoption

  • Experience in driving operational excellence through processes optimizations, and integration of related initiatives

  • Successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams in creating great products with proven skills in mediation, orchestration and communication

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, service design and design systems 

  • Previous experience in management consulting or roles with significant stakeholder management is a plus

  • Pharma experience and knowledge of global commercial data assets, in the pharma/biotech space, like provider, payer, sales, claims, specialty pharmacy data, etc. is a plus
