This position is responsible for Smooth installation, Maintenance, training and troubleshooting of Roche systems at Roche standards for customer satisfaction.
Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments
Solve application / product problems efficiently and effectively.
Accompany engineer in installation and routine maintenance of instruments at customer site, if required.
Maintain/update products information promptly
Work closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order to support sales effort, including pre-sales promotion
Coordinate customer evaluation of products
Conduct business as per Roche compliance and Behavior.
Other task assigned by line manager, time to time.
Documentation of all application related activities as per Roche standards.
Duly signed service report by customer
Escalate all PRI and PSI issues timely.
Attend / complete all requisite on-line and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit
Identifies, collects and immediately reports all safety related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, Medical laboratory technology, biochemical or equivalent is required
3-4 years of experience in hospital diagnostic laboratory or in similar industry
