As a Support and Training Intern you will be dealing with requests concerning Roche IT products' performance of Hospital/Laboratory Information Systems (HIS/LIS), medical data networks, middleware solutions and data communication, as well as supporting Product Training activities like content creation and review.
In this global function you are responsible for the timely and competent evaluation and management of the 2nd Level Support Requests coming from country organizations as well as for the documentation according to regulatory standards.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
Review, filter and consolidate the different incoming support cases through the different channels into our CRM system to ensure holistic view of support requests and status.
Accountable for the timely processing and data completeness of individual cases and follow-up with the case owner.
Reporting activities out of the CRM as well as other internal databases to enable data analysis and make it actionable.
Keep internal sites content updated to ensure consistent and fluent communication with our regions and affiliates.
Consult with senior team members on technical or process related aspects for case management.
Support senior team members with different training and knowledge management tasks.
Assigned tasks and responsibility will grow accordingly.
You own a Graduate Degree from a University for Information Technology (IT) or Computer Engineering or from a Professional Education and Training College (Higher Technical School) or equivalent professional experience.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential.
Work experience in the area of information technology in either 1st or 2nd level support or R&D related functions is a plus.
Knowledge of the diagnostic market is desired.
