Purpose of the Job :

To be responsible for territory management including Roche Diabetes Care sales and promotion according to product line-up in order to maximize the return of investment and sales performance in Key account (Medical School Hospitals, strategic Provincial & Private Hospitals (hospital groups), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), large Pharmacy Chains Groups and other B2B accounts (eg Dealers, e-commerce partners)

Support execution of Business Partner strategy (evaluation, business case, due diligence, contracting, performance assessment & management)

Role Specific Accountabilities :

SALES/PROMOTION

- Create and drive execution of an annual Key Account Plan with clear OKRs and activities to improve the sale performance effectiveness in the territory
- Deeply understand & map the Key Accounts unmet needs, key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers

- Design campaigns, tactics and solutions to offer, negotiate and implement with Key Accounts in line with RDC iPDM strategy

- Be fully committed to integrated Personalized Diabetes Management (iPDM)

Medical value Marketing
- To understand a clear concept of sSMBG, product and service portfolio

- To identify new target market and approach directly to inform and influence HCPs perception in term of sSMBG concept focusing on drugstores

- To communicate, coordinate effectively, build rapport, and enhance professional business relationships with both existing and new HCPs

- To hold education activities and participant relevant exhibition promoting sSMBG and accuracy of BGM for HCPs

Teamwork

- Forge strong collaboration with Marketing, Medical & Market Access to define and execute the Key Account Plans

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

- Comply with Roche Code of Conduct and all

Local/ global policies as well as applicable laws and industry codes.

- Assess business risks and make informed decisions in consultation with the relevant functions to ensure business compliance

- Prepare for and participate in periodic business partner evaluations and audits, then ensure that all identified gaps are resolved and closed in a timely manner

Administration
- Drive process simplification to enhance operational efficiencies.

- To provide the report of customer visit, their feedback, and market insight 

- To maximize the efficiency of budget spending on each activity

Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities

- Proven experience and/or demonstrated skills/capabilities as key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills, seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
