Job purposes/Job summary 

Manage Account and Ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory

Assist Emerging Market Manager in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Main Duties

  • Develop data analytic tools and reports for the Market Access function
  • A clear and effective reporting structure for all functions within department
  • Robust templates for routine tasks such as target setting and incentive calculations
  • Field force effectiveness insights and field activity reports
  • SOPs for IFE activities such as CRM management and update
  • Induction/training for new/junior staff
  • Lead the development and implementation of new or updated versions of CRM
  • Partner with business to establish KPIs against which to monitor and measure results and continuous improvement\
  • Develop Field Force Productivity Optimization Framework to ensure field force structure and deployment is aligned to strategy
  • Lead IFE practice diagnosis, gap analysis, country benchmarking and develop new frameworks, processes, and guidance to improve effectiveness
  • Design and provide a selection of tools and dashboards for the field force to drive performance excellence and improve productivity
  • Deliver brand insights to brand teams

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Other duties may be assigned by the management

Education and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor in Business Administration
  • Multi-national companies in a Pharmaceutical industry with sales experience at least 3 years is preferred
