Marketing Manager - Point of Care, Neurology & Market Assesments

Construct unique One Roche Diagnostics marketing pitches & campaigns by collaborating with all the other marketing managers in order to leverage the power of complete portfolio

(1) Product

  • Co-create and implement marketing plans for RDIN’s BioIndustry portfolio (BioPharma, BioServices, and BioTechnology), POC BGE and new POC products, and the new CD Neurology portfolio.

  • Drive, Manage and Evaluate marketing campaigns and monitor impact on focus parameters in primary and medical value antibodies and priority instrument sales

  • Lead new product launches and strengthen our current portfolio

  • Evaluate and assess potential new launches to further expand portfolio

  • Strengthen and develop KOL advocates (including Lab directors, and Neurologists) to drive impact of focus parameters amongst key stakeholders

  • Developing crisp and impactful marketing collaterals for stakeholders- labs, clinicians, internal sales and RPS teams in collaboration with MSA, RA and Comms

  • Initiate and monitor digital outreach campaigns to clinicians and labs via partnerships with external digital platforms

  • Lead DA relevant conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions to strengthen partnerships

  • Responsible for awareness programs and generation of leads

  • Represent affiliate in best practice sharing at APAC and global forums

(2) Liaising and networking

  • Responsible for working closely with External vendors, Logistics, RA, MSA, RPS, Supply Chain, Finance for marketing materials, inventory management, product registration, product related notifications, pricing and other audit requirements                                  

3) Commercial

  • Conduct  market researches to gather specific insights on Roche value proposition via customer questionnaires and focus groups; survey on competitive prices, demand, value of product

(4) Customer

  • Drive monthly competitor attack campaigns with ready reckoner for sales and RPS

  • Conduct Marketing/Scientific training programs for internal and external stakeholders followed by evaluation and monitoring

  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to retain and grow top customers and convert new opportunities

  • Collaborate with CVS team to drive focus parameter revenue at target hospitals

  • Assist labs/hospitals in co-branding opportunities for focus parameters

  • Develop and drive differentiated marketing plans for govt. stakeholders in collaboration with sales

Who You Are:

You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in leading people, preferably acquired in the healthcare industry. To be considered for this role, you will need a Degree educated or equivalent in engineering, scientific or related field and to evidence your success in service delivery; a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomes. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new concepts.

With confidence and passion, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate with maximum impact.

Resilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical and scientific information.

Experience required :

BBA/B.Sc/MBA in Marketing with 7-10 years in Marketing
