We are looking for candidates with deep Oncology networks and experience who want to lead hospitals, academic medical centers, reference labs and large Oncology groups around the world into the next generation of SaaS based healthcare IT solutions. Job Facts:

You will be responsible for the sales strategy development and achievement of the desired revenue, customer satisfaction and acquisition goals for the Roche Information Solutions portfolio of products within assigned territory.

You will effectively utilize outcomes from workflow analysis and impact studies to provide competitive differentiation and value to the overall customer solution and provide in-depth technical expertise regarding assigned product lines.

In this role you’ll utilize your customer knowledge and relationships along with  product knowledge to position Roche Information Solutions where appropriate. All while assisting customers in achieving defined business/technical and personal goals.

Additional responsibilities will include pre & post analysis review; working cross functionally with internal colleagues and peers to share information and best practices while remaining actively involved in industry/customer organizations that impact business. You will need to deliver tailored presentations specific to customer needs incorporating the outcome data from the various process analysis. And conduct system demonstrations & presentations where applicable; road shows, VIPS, etc as well as work with Roche Subject Matter Experts to ensure your success.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related discipline

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling Oncology products within healthcare organizations

  • Experience selling to Cancer Center and/or lab C-Suite and Key Influencers with built in relationships highly valued

  • Understanding of Oncology Tumor Boards and Next-Gen Sequencing preferred

  • Understanding of the hospital lab environment is helpful

  • Hunter mentality who is comfortable cold calling and building something from scratch

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations (live and remote) at the C-Suite level.

  • Proven leadership abilities

  • Experience negotiating multiyear contract agreements and closing of high-value deals preferred.

  • Ability to work in a regulated environment

  • Strategic planning, territory management and organizational skills

  • Strong technical skills

  • Good listening skills to be able to identify the customer’s needs.

  • A proven track record of success

  • Experience managing long sales cycles, and complete understanding of Healthcare/Medical Purchasing behaviors and cycles is helpful.

  • Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time although many customer meetings can be remote.
