Organization reputation management
Monitors external environment to understand how Roche is positioned within the eyes of our key external stakeholders
Develops and implements a strategic plan focused on building Roche Vietnam’s reputation as an innovative, trustworthy and responsible partner.
- Proactively works on strategies and tactics to engage and manage external communications during a time of crisis
Develops and implements digital communications tools, channels (incl. Websites, social media platforms) to connect Roche with external stakeholders to deliver high quality communications, seeking to innovate where appropriate.
Establishes robust metrics and evaluation to measure the effectiveness of our communications and how Roche is perceived by external stakeholders.
- Lead CSR activities and other public education to promote Roche’s leading position to support community and patients nationwide.
Ensure public awareness of key governmental and hospital events where Roche is playing a meaningful role in advancing healthcare.
Disease and Healthcare Media Advocacy
Collaborate with leadership, Integrated Disease Teams, and field team to develop and implement strategies to increase stakeholder and public understanding of key healthcare issues and advocate for change
Commissions, drafts and edits high quality engaging content which informs and engages targeted audiences, includes but not limited to government officials, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and media KOLs.
Provides key messages and narratives for senior internal stakeholders to engage external partners and the broader community.
Public Policy media advocacy
Monitors government communications and actions for socio-political landscape opportunities and threats to best position the leading role of innovative medicines, its faster access for patients.
Shares meaningful insights from external media scanning with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support policy advocacy through public media education and engagement on key brands and rare diseases.
Works closely with Enabling Team, PPOCs, IDTs and HSPs to develop and drive industry-level policy positions and strategy that are executed to external public.
Develops and implements overarching health advocacy organization and media engagement plans to support affiliate vision and goals.
Increases all employees’ awareness/understanding of key Roche issues and enables them to appropriately engage the public on these issues in-person and via virtual channels.
Education and Qualification:
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Communication
At least 5 year working experience in Pharma and/or Medical Device industry on Communication or Corporate Affairs
