We are looking for you as a highly motivated Demand & Campaign Marketing Manager to support our efforts in this new business environment.
As Demand & Campaign Marketing Manager, you will report into the Head of Solution Marketing & Operations (Sub-Chapter Lead) at Roche Information Solutions (RIS). Your primary role will be to own and drive demand campaigns, providing leadership, strategic management and support of marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives through strategic development and tactical requirements to accomplish product and portfolio business objectives.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for collaborating on specific marketing plans for products or services across business areas. In collaboration with product marketing and customer area partners, the role is responsible for developing our digital demand and campaign marketing strategy.
This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of demand generation.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
Responsible for overseeing the creation and curation of compelling, impactful content and campaigns that promotes the value of the RIS portfolio, as well as RIS customer areas
Developing and executing short- and long-term integrated campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline. Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Drive metrics & KPIs reporting to demonstrate impact.
Supporting the development of a global demand marketing strategy and programs along with the corresponding content that resonates with a variety of audiences and motivates them to engage with Roche digital products - ultimately driving awareness, consideration and purchase
Preparing appropriate materials for trade shows. Coordinating communication with appropriate sales and marketing management regarding the status leads, trade shows, and marketing materials.
Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels. Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs.
Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments with Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) Marketing & Customer Insights and commercial teams to develop and enhance strategies
Proficiently use Marketing automation systems, such as Marketo
Contribute to the implementation of the key principles of agile marketing in collaboration with the marketing team
Who You Are
We are looking for a motivated and committed person able to inspire our team oriented towards the values of passion, integrity and courage!
Moreover you bring:
6+ years B2B marketing and digital marketing experience from strategy to execution with a minimum of 6 years in a demand and campaign marketing role, preferably in healthcare
Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills
You have developed the positioning and messaging for products that serve multiple use cases and personas
You are an expert at creating visually compelling, engaging presentations that distill complicated concepts into succinct stories.
You are a proven leader who can create a trusted relationship/partnership with sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as customers and partners
You are a self-motivated personality with a true passion for product marketing and marketplace platforms with a strong work ethic
What else do you have in your toolbox:
You have a strong preference for software marketing with the respective experience
Experience in managing third party vendors, including evaluation, contracting, budgeting, scheduling and project management
A Bachelor's degree in technical or science field is required, a degree in marketing and/or MBA preferred
The Travel Requirement for this position is up to 30%.
