Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

New transformation opportunity sensing

  • Discover new transformation experiment opportunities based on patient / customer value

Design team setup

  • Lead the set-up of future design teams based on key success criteria

Agile experiment design iteration

  • Provide guidance and advice for design iterations based on pilot learnings & outcomes

Experiment implementation support

  • Coordinate resources and support pilot roll-out & implementations

Portfolio management and coordination

  • Oversees and coordinates across all transformation projects related to the portfolio (e.g., commercial excellence, customer experience, backbone enablement)
  • Collaborate with other TPLs and CTO/PO to ensure cross-portfolio coordination and a consistent, holistic strategic view of the transformation on where the value of Agile is

Qualification and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor in pharmaceutical / business or related
  • MBA is a plus

Experience

  • 6+ years’ working experience with exposure in multiple functions or diversified roles
  • Comprehensive experience for project management
  • Cross industry experience (both pharma and non-pharma) is preferred
  • Experience in developed markets and/or above-country roles is highly appreciated

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and logic thinking skills
  • Strong leadership, especially in non-hierarchical organizational settings
  • Good understanding of agile methodology
  • Excellent learning agility to handle multi-tasks
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
