We are looking for an IT network expert for the Digital Support team.
Every day we look after numerous customers to provide remote, telephone and email support with inquiries, technical questions and complaints about our innovative IT solutions.
Exciting projects and the introduction of new technologies are of course also part of this, as we integrate our products via networks with these IT solutions. Safe and simple routines for our customers mean more patients we can help.
Responsible for the implementation of project tasks in the US Customer Support
Processing of project tasks regarding LAN networks and network components.
Implementation of customer and employee training courses as well as advice on Roche technologies.
Standardization and documentation of our network and system landscape at customers.
Analysis, classification and rectification of malfunctions that occur during migrations or projects if your colleagues need further technical support; complex complaint management and incident coordination tasks.
Configuration, updating and securing of firewall, gateway and LAN environments. You have ideas and initiative to further develop and optimize them.
Negotiations on cyber security and network issues with customers and colleagues
Possibly: on-site work, support of the technical field service and the sales organization.
Bachelor / master degree in IT (e.g. network and communication technology, IT security, computer science, electrical engineering / medical technology with a focus on IT) or training in IT with several years of professional experience. Network certifications are an advantage.

Experience in dealing with common LAN, WAN and WLAN technologies.
Knowledge in the areas of switching, routing, gateways, firewalls and VPN.
Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001.

Enthusiasm for a complex area of responsibility and a dynamic IT environment. Ideally, in-depth knowledge of processes in the laboratory and laboratory information systems.
