The Evidence Generation Chapter within Marketing & Innovation for Roche Information Solutions (RIS) is seeking an experienced individual to support study management & research collaborations for RIS relevant digital health solutions. Applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced agile environment; have good understanding of digital health solutions; good knowledge of clinical operations and have exceptional leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Support the study management needs of the evidence leads & the innovation team, including with protocol development, contracting, monitoring, deliverables and reporting.
Lead interactions with the RDS CDMA organization to arrange additional clinical operation or biostatistics support as required by evidence leads.
Support evidence leads & innovation teams to identify external collaborators for evidence generation activities.
Support evidence leads & innovation teams to ensure follow up on contractual deliverables from both Roche and Investigator side, e.g. implementation of digital tools, provision of manuscripts.
Provide regular reports on activities being conducted within the function, customer areas and with other external research collaborators.
Contribute to the development of evidence planning for a wide range of digital solutions from (RIS / RDS / Roche Pharma).
Contribute to the process of evidence planning for digital health solutions, in particular by identification of potential research collaborators.
Develop & coordinate a network of external organizations (i.e. hospitals, laboratories, clinician groups, etc..) that will enable the rapid real-world evaluation of Roche digital health solutions.
Continuously identify & map the key needs within RIS (and wider Roche) for the digital health research network and ensure potential partnerships can serve such needs.
Identify & map existing relationships and opportunities from across the Roche group, which could be leveraged as part of the network, and incrementally develop a digital health research network to meet changing needs.
Work closely with RIS customer areas, RIS functions, legal, regulatory, market access, partnering & key affiliates to establish the digital health research network.
Establish the infrastructure required to realize the opportunity of a digital health research network and to ensure its sustainability.
Ensure interactions with potential digital health research network members are compliant, fair & transparent.
Promote the benefits of the network and make appropriate introductions to evidence generation & innovation teams from across Roche.
Who You Are
Fluent in English
Master degree (or above) in a life science discipline / PhD degree
7+ years’ experience in medical & scientific affairs in industry or academic setting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent project leadership & management skills
Excellent understanding of research processes
Good knowledge of clinical operations and clinical data management in industry (Pharma/Diagnostics)
Knowledge of the evaluation of digital health solutions
