Roche Diagnostics created a new business area charged with building and commercializing a portfolio of integrated digital products, solutions and services along the care continuum.
This product marketing role will be a member of the Marketing Chapter at Roche Information Solutions (RIS) and report to the Product Marketing Lead.
You will have a direct hand in driving the growth of our Lab Insights Platform portfolio of (Software) products and help define the marketing strategy, messaging, competitive positioning, go to market strategy.
This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to craft the remit of the team as it evolves.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Creating and developing innovative product marketing programs that drive awareness and demand
Coach and mentor employees on best practices of product marketing.
Craft and establish the key principles of agile marketing and agile ways of working in a collaborative working environment.
Messaging & Positioning: Develop product value propositions, positioning and messaging for different personas
Attend market and product launches: build and implement the strategy for new product launches, collaborating with commercialization, product, region and affiliates team to ensure well-coordinated execution.
Sales enablement: communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products including conducting demos, creating content, assets, and tools
Marketing content: support demand generation and content marketing campaigns with expertly crafted content that speaks to each target vertical and person
Market intelligence: be the specialist on customers in each segment, how they buy and their buying criteria; use this knowledge to advise product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content and sales training.
Competitive Intelligence and Analysis: establish the driven intel strength and be the go to expert on how to crush the competition and how to win.
Who You Are

You should bring strong expertise in and a true passion for building and executing product marketing strategies and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment to join our team and contribute to this exciting initiative.
Moreover you bring:
Broad experience in B2B and digital marketing from strategy to execution with minimum of 6 years in a product marketing role, preferably in healthcare or software
A business or marketing degree (MBA) or B.Sc.
Strong leadership skills. You can create a trusted relationship/partnership with sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as customers and partners
Strong preference for software product marketing
Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills
Competency in developing the positioning and messaging for products that serve multiple use cases and personas
Expertise at creating visually compelling, engaging presentations that distill complicated concepts into succinct stories.
Extensive experience developing and validating positioning, category creation, messaging, and competitive segmentation.
