What is the job about?
The purpose of the Tender Business Partner is to proactively co-create our tender business success in the Netherlands with our customers (hospitals and laboratories). You drive development of new business models that generate value for our customers, the diagnostics landscape as well as for our company. Your work strongly contributes to the company's objective to be effective and efficient in our core business, deliver comprehensive customer solutions with medical value and to excel in a valuable customer experience.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To create comprehensive responses to calls for tender. You drive the formulation of our tender response strategy, which includes scope of delivery, pricing/business model and delivery timelines, and a permanent review of the process and learnings
To develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans for our strategic customers and customer networks.
To develop and cultivate relationships on all levels within the strategic customer accounts.
To strengthen the customer relationship by identifying mutual business opportunities.
To act as a long term project manager for tenders

This is the kind of expertise and experience you bring:
University degree in a Business Economics or Business Administration
Demonstrated expertise and experience in tender management; more than 5 year experience in leading complex tenders
Experience in developing new business models and/or improved customer solutions leading to and superior business results
Experience in a diagnostics or healthcare related organization is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English
