Design, plan and guarantee the execution of marketing strategies and tactics of Infectious Disease Diagnostics business (products and solutions), considering local market context, corporate guidelines and priorities (global, regional and local) in order to guarantee business sustainability for RDM.
Leads interdisciplinary teams inside and outside the organization to ensure the successful execution of the strategies and tactics proposed for the product lines and disease teams under her/his management.
Design and execute launch plans, coordinating phase-in / phase-out strategies of the products corresponding to their business lines and solutions, managing with the different RDM areas what is necessary to guarantee availability.
Position and promote the generation of new sustainable businesses with the lines and solutions leaded, through competitive differentiation in the market.
Contribute to the achievement of sales and profitability objectives, by guaranteeing the availability of the products in their business line.
Consolidate market and competition information that allow the construction of solutions that meet the needs of patients in their different health conditions, considering the patient at the center and analyzing their “journey”.
Collaborate with the Finance and Operations areas in the planning of their products, to guarantee availability, distribution and global production.
Build training plans and materials that allow you to communicate the key messages of your business lines and solutions to different stakeholders.
Manage allocated budget ensuring their business lines and solutions generate impact on the market.
Work jointly with Access to make available RDM products, services and solutions to the health ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related field
- Advance English
- Skills: Leadership, Strategy, communication, Teamwork.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading products in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience working under a multidisciplinary team
- Strong projects Management Skills
- Ability to travel as dictated by business needs
