WHAT WILL YOU DO
Act as a trusted partner who maintains broad-based knowledge of multiple leadership areas and its operations; uses knowledge of business and P&C Insights, metrics, expertise and decision principles to effectively diagnose topics with a wide range of complexity.
Share the stakeholder community needs internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
Drive and implement change with proven ability to influence business leaders and P&C professionals to required outcomes
Work with partners to diagnoses P&C needs and identify interventions that address issues of retention, change leadership, employee engagement, and leadership development to uncover all potential opportunities
Diagnose root causes of work environment issues, disruptive team dynamics and ineffective organizational setups; initiate interventions and shape solutions in collaboration and co-creation with key stakeholders across multiple leadership areas
Pull in expertise and resources locally and from the network (internal and external) as needed, including collaboration with other ecosystem teams, including Advisory Business Partners located in our Shared service centers.
Work within a peer to peer coaching, feedback and mentorship model within self-organizing teams that distribute and share accountabilities and deliverables in order to deliver meaningful impact in the most efficient way.
