As the Talent Strategy Partner, you will be a member of the Strategic Pipelining (SP) Area of Practice (AoP), with global accountabilities and work within the Integrated Workforce Strategy (IWS) chapter.
You will be responsible for creating the talent pipeline strategy across teams, conducting people and capability assessment, leading readiness reviews and identifying talent opportunities. You will partner with the business leaders and key partners to ensure we have the right skills, at the right place and the right time.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to the most strategic talent needs to enable the organization’s 10 Year Ambitions. You will have a holistic view of internal & external talents, with a primary focus on Talent Pipelining, Talent Management and Talent Strategy Consulting.
You consult and have meaningful business and leadership conversations with key partners on specific talent needs and gaps (critical skills & positions, future needs) that require a pipelining solution
You build relationships spanning all organizational levels (up to CEC level) and leverage those relationships to deliver successful pipelines
You define talent practices processes (ex: people discussion, talent pool and succession planning approach, critical positions...) from methodology to strategy and actively help drive, co-create and facilitate people discussions related to strategic pipelines
You further evolve and establish talent practices across the organization, apply excellence in change management for company-wide change initiatives related to talent practices
You build and manage strategic and diverse talent pipelines for identified needs to achieve Roche 10 years ambitions
You create and establish pipelining approaches, strategies and practices to establish & evolve pipelines
You identify, evaluate and engage internal and external talents
You foster collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes with appropriate TSPs and other key partners (ie: IWS partners, Enterprise BPs, SWP community,...)
You partner within and across chapters to leverage resources, tools & technologies, data & analytics to inform pipelining strategies

You have a high customer orientation and strong business acumen, the ability to partner successfully with senior stakeholders and build long-term and trustful relationships
Your capability in talent identification/ management and your professional experience in P&C, enables you to identify and engage talents in new/ different markets and build a strong strategic pipeline for the future
Your mindset is courageous, flexible and open, not afraid to challenge the status quo and driving or leading processes
You have experience working in an agile/networked organization. You assume ownership and make decisions at times without waiting for directions
You have experience managing multiple projects at the same time in a very fast-paced and changing environment
You are strong at communicating & influencing people, you have strong coaching and sparring skills
You are able to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies
You have a strong collaborative mindset, can work well in global settings, speaking fluent English, with an openness to different cultural backgrounds and diversity
You have several years experience working in the Asian market and bring a strong understanding of the talent market landscape in Asia
You hold a university degree or significant experience gained
Fluency in another Asian language will be an advantage
Position is site agnostic in APAC - Selected candidates can be based in any locations within APAC.
