Bachelors degree plus 10 years relevant experience OR
Masters Degree plus 5 years OR PhD and 2 years relevant experience.
Strong background in structure-based protein analysis and engineering. Experience with computational protein engineering and antibody epitope modeling.
Experience with protein purification and characterization, including HPLC, FPLC, immunoaffinity, SDS-PAGE, and WB.
Experience with mammalian cell culture and cell culture process development.
Domain knowledge in oncology, immunology, or neurology.
Demonstrated record of scientific accomplishment, with a history of publications and presentations.
Strong work ethic and collaborative attitude.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a deep commitment to working as part of teams and recognizing the strengths of everyone on the team.
