PTDE Business Support and Planning team (PTDES) is accountable for managing and overseeing the business planning activities across the organization. Partnering with the various PTD Functional Business Planners and Finance we deliver reliable and insightful information on PTDE business plans (e.g. portfolio view, budget allocation, use of resources, etc). PTDES supports the PTDE leadership team in decision-making and strategy definition. Additionally, PTDES provides cross-functional operational support such as Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Knowledge Management.
The communication team is responsible for all internal communication activities within PTDE. We connect all employees by picking up their needs, providing them with appropriate solutions, and establishing a clear and attractive information culture. We achieve this through targeted, engaging, and transparent communication measures that foster a respectful and valuing community.
In this position, you will
Maintain and further develop the internal communication channels (e.g. department websites, intranet, social media channels, newsletter platform) bringing to life the organizational vision and engage employees
Write, edit and distribute editorial content, including articles and other communication materials
Assist the development and conduction of analog and digital event concepts
Creating storyboards, conducting video shoots, and editing video materials
Exploring and implementing new platforms and tools to enhance internal communication activities

What else do you need in your toolbox?
Degree in communications, journalism PR, Digital Marketing, or related field with a strong focus on internal communications
High technical affinity to independently deal with systems and software applications (e.g. InDesign, Camtasia, Procreate)
Strong organizational skills, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Team-oriented thinking and a "can do" mindset
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German is a must
