Finance Enterprise Partner

Reporting to the Chief Finance Value Officer, the Finance Enterprise Partner acts as business consultant working in close collaboration within self-aligned squad teams across Roche Hellas and actively contribute to Pharma International (PI) outcomes by playing an active role in above country outcome squads.
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry as strong Finance Business Partner, Healthcare Economics or similar disciplines to (1) support maximizing patient, customer and business value, (2) provide great stakeholder satisfaction, (3) balanced work portfolio local vs. above-country level, (4) lead various projects effective and efficiently towards concrete outcomes and (5) adopt and implement outcomes from PI outcome lab to realize network effects.
More specifically, the key responsibilities include:
Being the entrepreneur with outside-in view to reveal opportunity, manage risk, and optimize resource allocation to ensure a financially sustainable business
Provide insights, transparency, scenario analysis and models, to enable strategic decision making, this includes:
Providing state of the art reimbursement and negotiation model, supporting reimbursement negotiation strategy and developing innovative and sustainable reimbursement schemes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Participates in pharmaceutical / policy proposals in close collaboration with Policy and Communications for broader health policy reforms
Design and execute robust yet agile planning processes contributing to ambitious growth aspirations within the organization, thereby ensure all activities are lead in concrete and valuable outcomes
Drive simplification of end to end processes and leverage technologies to be effective in driving impacting to the outcome of customer and patients
Adopt and implement outcomes from the PI outcome lab to realize network effects
Externally focused as an industry advocate and analyst to surface key industry trends and acts a thought partner to the portfolio teams in shaping the long-term direction of Roche and healthcare ecosystem, including maintaining an in-depth understanding of therapeutic area strategies, disease areas, relevant clinical, patient, payer and reimbursement landscapes
Act as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics and safety; putting patients at the center of all actions by consistent business behavior that complies with applicable laws, industry codes and Roche’s Code of Conduct
Requirements:
5+ years relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical industry as Finance Business Partner or Healthcare Economics or similar disciplines
Strong entrepreneurial attitude and ability to quickly synthesize complex issues
Excellent ability to build effective relationships with internal and external business partners
Strong ability to engage in a "mental chess match" when dealing with difficult conversation, including negotiations
Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and ability to draw logical conclusions
Proven ability to make good decisions without necessarily having all information
Ability to designing, developing, conducting and overseeing HEOR models and tools to support access decisions and other key processes, techniques and tools is considered a strong plus
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex issues while still ensuring high standards of quality
Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills in Greek and English. Additional language skills are considered an asset
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and an ability to work independently
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects involving complex processes, competing deadlines and rapidly shifting priorities
Excellent experience with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/R3, TM1 or Jedox) is a strong plus
