Learning Compliance Specialist
United States of America, Indiana, Indianapolis
Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of learning compliance and communications support. Requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and knowledge of organization operations, procedures, and employees. Uses various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc. to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents. This level will generally support a manager or above.
The Opportunity:
Learning Compliance Reporting
Create weekly report to include all incomplete learning by learners sorted by leader/department
Review report and ensure data integrity, identify trends and detect early warning indicator
Work closely with Leaders and Learning Experts to understand relevant issues and ensure resolution
Create trending reports for RDC and RDC leaders/departments
Provide recommendations on process improvements
Communications / Partnership
Create communication to include assessment overview by leader/department - for awareness
Create and distribute communication for learners outside compliance tolerances and follow up where needed
Communicate issues and/or escalation needs to Leader(s), as needed
Partner with Learning Experts to assist in issue resolution - compliance and learning requests
Provide routine updates on trends and compliance impact to Corporate Training
Learning Administration
Support learning transactions associated with Transform RDC (reorganization)
Understand and support Leaders and Learning Experts with Training Matrices
Assist with overflow of RDC learning requests, where time permits
Monitor learning requests for accuracy and alignment to global learning standards, procedures and policies
Work closely with Corporate Training to ensure RDC worksets are prioritized and completed timely
Who you are:
5 years Customer Service/Operations Support/Expense Reporting Knowledge or an Associates Degree with 5 year’s working experience
Preferred
5+ years of experience in administrative duties with strong business engagement
Bachelors degree
Proficient in Google suite and MS Office
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines
Excellent client-facing communications – both written & verbal.
Strong attention to detail and follow up, ability to be concise and informative in communication
Experience in Cornerstone and Tableau
Experience in managing a Learning Management System
Project Management experience
