Solution Architecture is the process of creating a set of solutions, applications, and processes that integrate with each other in order to address specific business needs and requirements. A solution architect is responsible for the design and integration of one or more applications or services within an organization, and is typically part of a solution development team. The solution architect will often work with enterprise architects, technical architects, and development teams to create a scalable, maintainable, and integrated set of solutions that solve real-world business problems. This unique role will be focused on the NAM Commercial domain and covers the entire customer journey through Marketing, Sales, Contracting, and Support services.
A seasoned professional with wide-ranging experience. Deals with diverse and often times complex issues, where analysis may require in-depth evaluation of many factors. Exercises judgment in evaluating methods and may determine criteria for obtaining solutions. May coordinate the activities of other employees. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise as well as some key contacts outside area of expertise.
Designs and communicates high-level structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Demonstrates understanding of requirements gathering and is able to show how agreed requirements are addressed by the proposed solution. Supports innovation and optimization of processes and methods within the domain to meet system or user requirements and develop new functionality. Supports the development of, and modifications to, solution components.
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
Enables and/or facilitates technology evaluations, experiments, and proof-of-concept assessments.
Facilitates assessment of current commercial landscape and identifies improvement opportunities. May evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions to meet new or evolving business needs. Ensures multi-solution architectures meet business needs, remain cost effective, are scalable, API ready, and support enterprise architecture practices.
Supports the development and implementation of solution changes across multiple technologies and platforms.
The position requires collaborating with enterprise and technical architects, development teams, business analysts, business stakeholders, and project teams.

Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years related experience
Balanced mix of technical, data science, communications, facilitation, and business skills.
Familiarity/experience with Operating systems, Infrastructure design, DevOps, Cyber Security, Business analysis, Analytics and Data, Information Architecture, Cloud development, Web platforms, and Network administration.
Understanding of technologies and solutions used in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Service business processes.
Experience defining technology strategies, visualization of complex systems, project implementation.
Business Process Management, Process re-engineering , and project management training or experience.
Flexibility to travel for up to 25% of time including outside of home country
