Partner, Value-based Healthcare & Health Financing

• Healthcare Financing
  • Identify opportunities of utilizing innovative funding/financing projects (e.g. result based financing for health outcomes) as a lever to increase affordability for patients in the public and the OOP markets
  • Work with partners to develop innovative health insurance products, gather evidence and conduct analyses to design health benefits package for public & private insurance projects
  • Collection and analysis of information on current funding flows in the health sector to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Quantification and mapping of funding needs against available resources including helping health systems to identify funding gaps and access additional resources
  • Develop funding & financing value proposition for the prioritized projects to inform evidence-based/data-driven decision making
  • Support state cluster's understanding of Funding & Financing solutions by conducting trainings and workshops
  • Co-create the vision for Funding & Financing solutions along with internal team members and key external stakeholders
• Value Based Healthcare (VBHC):
  • Become a COE for Value Based Healthcare as a concept in India
  • VBHC capability development for the Access team and others in Roche India
  • Co-create, design, and implement the VBHC pilots in India
  • Advocacy and partnerships for VBHC at access forums
  • Lead / participate development of framework for VBHC in LMIC countries Participate – work with global teams for the same
• Relevant postgraduate degree required
• MBBS / MBA / MHA/ MPH / Public policy / Communications or equivalent preferred
• Preferred background in market access, business analytics, management consulting in healthcare/pharma
• Premier institute preferred          
• 5+ year of experience mandatory
• Job Location: Mumbai (HO)
• Willingness to relocate
