Key Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for all research & insight generation efforts within the state cluster, including

    • Primary / secondary research specific to brands, disease areas

    • Competitive intelligence 

    • Patient journey mapping (if cluster-specific) and related research

    • Customer (prescribers & non-prescribers) insights

    • SoF-specific information pertinent to the respective cluster

  • Represent the cluster in the Insights Chapter as an active participant

    • Lead insight generation & collation activities from own cluster as required, given the chapter needs

    • Distill key insights from own cluster from time to time, and share as relevant – fostering sharing of learnings across clusters

    • Support chapter initiatives to build new solutions for the affiliate e.g. participate in sprints called by the chapter as & when needed

    • Accountability for providing own cluster-related inputs to the Digital Nerve Center as when required

  • Design & maintain up-to-date cluster-specific collateral for effective, data-driven decision-making. For example:

    • Customer and patient personas to enable better messaging, call planning, engagement strategies, promotional initiatives, etc.

    • Influence maps in the cluster for different ecosystems and accounts

    • Customer belief-mapping estimates for various Roche products

    • Primary & secondary sales data analytics for the cluster

    • Disease-specific insights from the state for existing & new portfolio projections

    • State factbook including key demographics, epidemiological info pertinent to Roche products, SoF-wise data, patient funnels, etc.

  • Lead various research projects aimed at fine tuning/informing hypotheses/approaches

    • Enable formulation of effective cluster-level strategy in coordination with senior stakeholders within the cluster team, and support creation of annual business plans

    • Aid customization of pricing and PAP solutions (where feasible) basis business case rationale

    • Lead local market research needs for the state, including any for new launches

    • Support design of innovative solutions based on customer / account / patient level insights

Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Experience)

  • Educational Qualification - Must Meet: Post Graduate MBA with a good CGPA and / or a top-tier B-school

  • Educational Qualification - Optional: Healthcare/pharma marketing/analytics

  • Overall Work Exp: 3+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, or in a corporate strategy function

  • Relevant Work Exp: Prior experience of handling consulting / complex research projects, preferably in healthcare / pharma
