Your Department 

 

We in department Project & Lifecycle Governance support and strengthen the Diagnostics Global Customer Support to help our key stakeholders in providing an outstanding customer experience. We strive for simplicity and effectiveness in methodologies & processes, we contribute to innovative service and we effect management decisions through actionable insights. 

A key activity in our department is launch/phaseout coordination (linkedin.com/in/spyrosdoris): We ensure that the right information is delivered at the right time to the Service and Support functions in the regions & affiliates so that they are ready to support Roche Diagnostics products during launch and/or phaseout.

Main Responsibilities 

  • You support the Service Launch Coordinator in the daily activities, such as gathering input from stakeholders and maintaining and improving the internal Service Launch/Phaseout information in various publication channels

  • You collaborate with diverse stakeholders from Customer Service & Support and Product Management across the globe

  • You support the team in communication activities, such as creating surveys for user feedback, maintaining and improving a corresponding Google Sites and creating a Newsletter

  • You build further product service contract calculation templates with real product reporting data

  • You have the opportunity to participate in global cross-functional Service Launch meetings and you ensure the working documents (e.g. minutes) are up-to-date 

Your Profile  

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree program in the field of economics, natural sciences, technology or business informatics

  • You have already gained first experience in working in an international environment

  • You are experienced with Google suite and Microsoft Office (especially Powerpoint)

  • Your are self-organized and a quick learner, and your systemic thinking skills and solution oriented mindset enable you to “connect the dots”

  • You are proficient in English (German is a plus) and comfortable with being exposed to international audiences
