- This role is expected to contribute and execute on the strategic vision for County ecosystem and also lead the local eco system partner team to engage with specified healthcare stakeholders in the ecosystems to better fulfill key stakeholders’ unmet needs.
- Will lead a diverse team of central strategy and project mgmt team to draw the overall county’s development plan and around 30+ ppl size local County Eco system partners to build up the network with local stakeholders and develop the eco system to accelerate the accessibility and affordability of Roche product at county level.
- The jobholder is part of the CMA Leadership Team and is required to also contribute and deliver high impact over the Roche China.
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能）
- Develop and execute the strategic near and long-term vision and direction for the county level
- healthcare ecosystem in order to cover more patient holistically (access, testing, diagnosis and treatment) via customized business model, optimized pricing solutions and innovative collaboration
- Work together with CLC and go broader project team to identify partnerships to enhance customer experience, improve patient outcomes and deliver on business opportunities.
- Act as chef county lead to seek and develop an interface and build up collaboration platform between County and other business counterparts for collaborations and resources deployment
- Initiate creative platforms and transform business model to build competitive advantage
- Lead the team to adapt to change and drive business results under new environment
- Be responsible for the overall county people development plan, including curriculum design, content generation, etc.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring direction to central county team and local eco-system partner teams
- Inspire and motivate positive team work spirit by active, open and constructive communications
- Conduct performance management, professional development and hiring
- Develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities for personnel

- Enhance county team’s effectiveness in terms of team capability, operation excellence, etc.

- Allocate and manage County-relevant budget in compliance with company’s policies
- Ensure all County initiatives implemented strictly adhere to company’s SOPs/codes and local regulations

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
- Master or above in health science (biology/ life science) degrees
- 8+ years working experience in pharma company (medical, marketing or sales), County/Broader market working experience is a plus.
