Roche Pharma India is going through some major changes and will be implementing a new structure for the country. The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization by strengthening the culture and building agile processes. The backbone of the new operating model is formation of fully empowered state cluster teams to increase customer centricity. The CTO will work closely with the Roche Pharma GM, State Cluster Heads and the leadership team to facilitate this transformation journey. The role reports to the People & Culture Director with a dotted line to the General Manager.
Our vision is to bring Roche Innovations to more patients faster. The CTO role will work with chapters, squads and functional teams to achieve our vision. He/she will drive the mindset shift in embracing the new ways of working and design solutions to increase effectiveness & collaboration between the customer facing state cluster teams.
Other responsibilities include:
Act as a Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach to advance our organizational agile transformation to deliver better outcomes to more patients, faster.
Support the leadership team to shifts into creative and empowering mindsets.
Design transformation roadmap & milestones and track progress on transformation journey
Build trust-based relationships with leaders and their enabling teams to deepen their understanding of the required mindset and behavioral shifts required to build the desired culture and to accelerate change
Deliver on affiliate transformation projects
Create strategies & frameworks to increase the collaboration across State Clusters and Home Office support teams
Provide valuable and deep feedback to managers and leadership teams on an ongoing basis.
Enhance the Creative Leadership concept in the affiliate
What abilities you need to bring:
University degree in a business and/or medical field. An MBA would be a plus.
6-12 months in a role leading the transformation of a Roche affiliate
10+ years of professional experience of which 2-3 years in a large-scale change projects such as an organizational and/or cultural change
Demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, change communication and applying the creative and new ways of working
Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills at all levels of seniority
Has the courage and ability to tackle ambiguous situations and challenges the status quo
Fluency in English essential
