Roche Pharma India is going through some major changes and will be implementing a new structure for the country. One of the backbones of the change will be the creation of clusters or zones in which states are grouped together. There will be 9 such clusters. Another backbone of the change is a cultural transformation which has already started some years ago turning the company into an agile organisation where the patient is at the centre of all we do. It also means more empowered teams, more room for experimentation, flatter hierarchical structures and leaders that lead less by command and control but more by serving their people to enable them to do what is best for the patient.
We are now looking for leaders (State Cluster Heads) that can lead the 9 clusters (job location must be within the cluster). The clusters are:
1. Delhi (Delhi & Haryana)
2. Chennai (Tamil Nadu & Puducherry)
3. Hyderabad (AP & TL)
4. Bangalore (Karnataka)
5. Kolkata (West Bengal)
6. Ahmedabad ( Gujarat)
7. Chandigarh (Punjab & Chandigarh)

It will be the overall leader of a state cluster and as such will take responsibility for Roche’s business within the cluster with full P&L accountability. Our vision is to bring our medicine and services to more patients faster. The role also means to maximize the value of our portfolio, whilst preparing the team for the critical launch of new innovative products. The State Cluster Head reports to the General Manager Roche Pharma India.
