• Build up strategic partnership with national/local healthcare commission and relevant key stakeholders to co-create an inspiring policy & practice environment. Enhance Roche’s industry leading position in healthcare policy collaborating.
• Shape innovative early access business model and its practice , such as co-create "Three Earlier-Earlier Diagnose, Earlier Screening, Earlier Treatment” policy and practice framework , cultivate demonstration centers with relevant external key stakeholders to maximize patient benefit and business impact
• Strategically incorporate innovative business model into healthcare system according to future policy trends and development opportunities across the healthcare industry.
• Actively  building up internal cross-functional strategic partnership for innovative access solution, foster agile and team-work culture across the whole organization
