In this position, you will report to the Network Head of RSS Project Management (RPM) and will support with people and capability related topics. You will mostly be dedicated to the Roche Affiliate Model Project (RAMP), but not limited to. Your accountabilities include:
Overall Successful Project Deployment:
All milestones and deliverables according to the project charter are on time and within the expected quality
The relevant workstream tasks are delivered in accordance with the deployment methodology
Adhered to the standard RSS deployment methodology ensuring compliance with the approach, governance, cost and service level parameters
Together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams the successful execution of process workshops and alignment sessions with the affiliates were conducted
All go-no-go criteria were met and approved by the relevant customer
Successful handover to RSS operations or other parties has been approved
Contribution, People Development and Coaching:
Understand and leverage the strengths of team members, while providing constructive and timely feedback to increase performance and develop skills.
Provide input to the team member’s line manager in order to recognise contributions and to highlight areas of improvement
Provide coaching and encourage peer coaching to enable self-managing teams and to develop a learning organisation..
Capability Lead (Deployment) responsibilities:
Develop a plan to grow the capability of Deployment team members
Act as coach/SPOC and represent the capability within the organization
Assist the RPM Head in the assignment of team resources considering skill sets and development needs/wishes
Define training content of identified/assigned capability
Identify and propose relevant internal/external training options
Prepare training documents/tool kit for corresponding training within in the organization
Execute and/or organize corresponding trainings
You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes:
Appropriate University degree and 8+ years of project management experience
Strong track record of motivating, coaching and developing individuals and teams.
Strong knowledge in project management fundamentals and experience in leading multiple global and complex projects, organizing and optimizing resources and establishing clear priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organisation. Ideally OCM certification and experience.
Financial management of projects, budgeting, actuals tracking and reporting.
Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus.
