As an Order Process Associate you will execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level in the procurement services field and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process.
You will be responsible for:
Manage the ordering processes,
- Complete, control and validate purchase requisitions,
- Send purchase orders to vendors,
- Maintain and follow up of purchase orders,
- Resolve the appearing issues
Support purchase invoice reconciliation and liaise with the accounts payable department in connection with invoicing procedures,
Make reports on the given activities
Manage Contract Repository
Relevant studies at Finance, Accounting or Economics field are advantageous and excellent command in English. Furthermore 1-3 year operative procurement related experience.
