Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional marketing team to facilitate the pre sales promotion and deliver medical value to end customers, helping to enhance customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
  • Based on regional market strategy and promotion resource, set up and carry out relevant action plan, organize market promotion on different levels, enhance brand image and customer awareness.
  • Make and implement internal training plan for regional marketing team, establish and develop core competence system suitable for medical value, constantly enhance promotion skills to make sure the unceasingly development of team.
  • Organize team to attend product line training by marketing, continuously upgrade professional knowledge in corresponding area.
  • Based on regional market strategy and promotion resource, set up and carry out relevant action plan, organize market promotion on different levels, enhance brand image and customer awareness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in region.
  • Assist to achieve overall objectives set by Business Management
  • Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
  • Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection  
  • Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Basic Requirements of the Job:

  • Bachelor Degree in Medicine
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Good command of MS office software application
  • Product & marketing expertise
  • 5 years of experience as medical value promotion or application support with at least 1-year team leader experience, preferably in relevant devises and drugs.
