The Portfolio Value Chief Officer is an enthusiastic advocate of her/his area of expertise, and is ultimately responsible for the upskilling of people capabilities and expertise in her/his Center through development and coaching, performance management for members of Center. The Portfolio Value Center Chief Officer serves as a role model to the organization of new ways of working, acting with courage and integrity, empowers & enables teams to achieve North Star- i.e. better outcomes for more patients faster- via inspiring and practicing servant leadership and supporting transparency. She/He enables knowledge sharing across the Centers and works with the other Center Heads where needed to deliver the North Star. She/He will be part of the Enabling Team based on need and has no budget accountability over portfolio/ team specific budget, but rather will focus on having the skills, recruiting, training and development of the center team.
The Portfolio Value Center will have the following expertise's : Marketing Value Leads, Access Value Leads, Customer engagement Partners. This could be a great opportunity for those who have the aspiration for General Manager role as next step.
