As part of the Portfolio Value Center, the Access Excellence Lead, is responsible to build and impalement the Market Access strategy for Roche (Hellas) Therapeutic Areas’ by working closely with other Access Leads and teams across the organization. She / He will provide strategic and tactical counseling to Roche (Hellas) on both risks and opportunities arising from changes to the access and while collaborating with the Policy team. She / He will assure alignment within the Roche (Hellas) Access Value Leads, and will be the point of contact with authorities for any above-brand access topic. She / He will also assure robust and compliant pricing strategy and will lead the negotiation with the authorities for the reimbursement of Roche (Hellas) products and services. She/ He will also work with private payers to improve access to Roche products and services, and achieving our North star. Previous experience in access and negotiation is mandatory.
